Germinal is a dynamic company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers efficiently and reliably. As our business continues to expand, we are seeking two dedicated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Operatives.Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of this role will be picking and packing e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently. While forklift driving experience is advantageous, it is not essential. In addition to order fulfilment Warehouse Operatives will be required to assist with other warehouse duties.
Position 1 - Monday-Friday 8am-12pm
Position 2 - Monday 8am-4.30pm (30 minutes lunch)
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack ecommerce orders accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
- Forklift driving experience is advantageous but not essential.
