**Fixed term for 12 months | £11,391.17 to £12,206.52 per annum (Scale ) | 14.4 hours per week (2 days per week) | County Hall, Norwich

You will be helping newer members of the workforce by imparting your experience and knowledge to support them in their career.

You will need to show empathy and patience and be passionate about your profession so that you are a role model to others.

You will work with a range of roles in the social care sector using a coaching and mentoring model.

The role provides a valuable opportunity to transfer skills, knowledge and expertise onto others inspiring the next generation of the social care workforce in Norfolk and Waveney.

You will be required to work flexibly both at home using technology as well as working within organisations.

The retention of early career care workers is a key element of this role, and you will need to be confident building relationships, collaborating with others and providing coaching and mentoring support to achieve this.


This role may suit those who are looking for a new challenge or are in the final stages of their career and considering retirement.

The focus of the organisations worked with is expected to be residential care settings and therefore applicants will be expected to have experience of working in this environment.
