The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Produce highquality research content, including reports, articles, and presentations related to debt restructurings.
Work with our team of court reporters and legal analysts to produce charts and visuals that help to display various restructuring trends.
Help to edit content produced by junior members of the team.
Help to oversee the restructuring database, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness.
Develop and implement data management policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and data quality.

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

You should have 5+ years of experience either working in finance or covering financial markets.
A thorough understanding of debt and equity securities is essential. Knowledge of the restructuring process will be considered a significant advantage.
Strong writing skills.
Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
Ability to manage workflow under strict deadlines.
