£19,000 starting salary rising to £19,838 in April.

You will receive four weeks fully comprehensive training.

It consists of three weeks classroom training with our in-house trainers, followed by an "academy" environment where you will be receive further support and guidance.

To ensure you can be as successfulas you can be in your new role.


Working Hours:
Out of season; September to February

  • Monday to Friday 9am5pm
In season; March

  • August shifts can be between 9am7pm. Including 1 Saturday morning a month between 9am12.30pm (Day of in lieu following week)

The role and responsibilities:

  • Build positive relationships with customers, Insurers and other external stakeholders providing advice and solutions as required
  • Take personal responsibility for own development and ensuring knowledge and expertise is kept up to date
  • Working in a regulated financial environment you will be trained to play an important role in helping the company ensure regulations are followed to protect our customers

Essential criteria we have:

  • To be able to travel and work from our Cheltenham office.
  • Engaging personal communication style.
  • Positive attitude, resilient and adaptive to change.
  • Experience in dealing with customers
  • Minimum standard of GCSE Grade 4 or C or above. In English and Maths.

Salary:
Up to £23,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cheltenham, GL50 1XZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
