OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR PROFESSIONAL

I am working with a Global diversified financial services firm based in Belfast who are looking for an Operations Professional or recent graduate, to work with the International Prime Brokerage Operations team.

Based in London the role will support the London business, focusing on Client services, settlements, trade Input, breaks resolution and general operational duties.

Key Responsibilities, Outputs & Performance Indicators:

Main contact for an allocated portfolio of clients which include Hedge Funds, Family offices, Intermediaries and Proprietary trading firms.
Responsible for a range of client operational queries, from new market access, reporting, corporate actions, break resolution, margining to financing and payments.
Work within a team of 8 to provide quality client service to our expanding client base.
Role requires flexibility and an element of commercialism
Will be required to liaise with technology & operations teams in USA and Europe to continually improve the client experience.

Required Skills:

A relevant university degree in finance, economics, or related discipline, or recognised professional or equivalent qualification.
Maintains a professional business demeanor and work with a sense of urgency.
Customer focused attitude, and able to interface directly with clients if and when required.
Ensure high levels of confidentiality are maintained in relation to the work of the company and clients.
Team player with a strong desire to learn.
