One of our dynamic and prominent investment management clients is currently seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to join their team in London to lead the internal and employee comms for EMEA.

You will be responsible for delivering a first classcorporate communications framework as well as working on some very exciting story telling projects regarding the brand's exceptional value add projects within HR to include D&I, Global Mobility and Employee Wellbeing.

With a split reporting line into the Head of HR in EMEA and the Head of Internal Comms in the US, your duties will include:

  • Creation of the communication strategy for the EMEA remit
  • Work with senior internal stakeholders to competitive communication vantage points and common communication needs.
  • Supports the development of coordinated site leadership (BU heads and direct reports, if applicable), and associate messaging and messagemaps.
  • Executing the full communications plan and fulfil the companywide communication objectives Key requirements will include:
  • Proven related work experience
  • Advanced PowerPoint and visual presentation skills
  • Writing/content creation
  • Strong communication and listening skills (able to interpret and synthesize complex messages appropriately for audience)
  • Prior experience working at a senior level within an internal communications role
  • Previous industry experience ideally asset management or broader financial services
  • Strong communication and stakeholder building skills
  • Ability to write content and translate complex messages for the appropriate audiences
  • Working closely with business leaders
