The SPA (Strategic Partners & Affiliates) team is looking for a diverse leader to co-lead our commercial partnerships team in EMEA.

As the Head of Retail Partnerships, EMEA you will make a direct contribution on EG's P&L in the region working in an upbeat and international environment passionate about innovation, creative problem-solving and partnership.
This role works across regional and functional teams to originate, evaluate and drive new partnership opportunities and increase existing partner engagements across a diverse portfolio including leading financial institutions, cashback sites, meta, loyalty programmes, telcos, retail and traditional affiliates amongst others.
What you'll do:

Team Management: Lead and coach a team of 5 Partnership Managers in EMEA. You will need to develop, grow, improve and challenge a strong and motivated partnerships team to deliver on our business objectives/financial targets while supporting each team member to exploit their potential and achieve personal development goals

External Partnership Relationship Management:Architect and implement business strategies across the region to optimize and improve partner relationships, operation excellence and engagement. All with the aim to positioning EG as the long-term strategic partner of choice in the travel industry.

Internal Stakeholders Relationship Management: Work closely with other department leads to get alignment and agreement on partnership approaches/models, address needs of our partners and cultivate a collaborative approach across the business.
Who you are:
- Solid experiences in cultivating key accounts and driving business development within the affiliate marketing, airline, travel technology/ distribution or finance industry.
- Strong understanding of the digital world, customer needs and have the ability to identify unmet or emerging needs across key partner verticals.
- Solution based approach to sales with outstanding communication, analytical, sales, negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- Solid management experience, with ability to influence at all levels in a matrix organization and have experiences in building, growing and developing robust teams.
- Ability to operate independently and drive the team to meet company's objectives and goals.
- Strong and proven people management skills.
