Responsibilities:


  • Assist individuals with their daily living activities.
  • Provide emotional support to individuals.
  • Help indivisuals to maintain their independence and dignity.
  • Ensure the safety of service users in the home.
  • Communicate effectively with other staff members and external agencies.
  • Maintain accurate records of individual's progress and care plans.
  • Develop relationships with individuals and their families.
  • Provide assistance with medication administration.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 37.5 per week


Salary:
£10.50-£11.00 per hour
