Description

Are you ready to join us as our Recruitment Advisor and become part of #teammoulton? This is a new role and is crucial to the continued growth of the College.


  • Are you able to drive recruitment and attract key talent to the College to deliver the College Strategy?
  • Are you an expert advisor, able to support recruiting managers across the College with a range of recruitment activities?


You would join an experienced and passionate HR team focused on delivering the People Plan and providing a high-quality service.

**Your duties


You will:

  • Deliver a people focussed, responsive and flexible recruitment service to the College
  • Provide innovative recruitment options to attract talent and promote the College as an 'employer of choice'
  • Ensure a high standard of offer paperwork, Safer Recruitment checks and onboarding materials

**Person specification

  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Proven experience of excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Sound knowledge of best practice in recruitment and selection, underpinning legislation and EDI considerations
