Our client base continues to grow month on month and as a result we are now looking for a diligent Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our Head Office in Oxted.


ABOUT THE ROLE


Working in a close, friendly accounts team you will be instrumental in managing and processing large volume of purchase ledger invoices.

Preparing and processing regular payment runs and communicating with suppliers and subcontractors in relation to payment and invoice queries.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience of working within Purchase Ledger and comfortable working with high volume of invoices.
  • Comfortable engaging with Sub-Contractors and Suppliers.
  • Sound understanding of numbers and confident using MS office.
  • Exceptional interaction skills, quick thinking and an enthusiastic person who is a confident communicator.
  • Previous experience of working to deadlines and the ability to multitask.
  • A natural problem solver, who thrives under pressure.
