Description

Are you an experienced construction professional who enjoys working outdoors and supervising a team? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our Civils Construction team as a Working Construction Supervisor at Hinkley Point C.

This is a 12 Month FTC Contract.


What you'll do:


The main part of your job will be:

  • Supervising operatives and carrying out construction site activities, including excavation, pipe-laying, plant operation, groundworks, and concreting.
  • Ensuring all works are completed and compliant with company policies and procedures, targets are met, and health, safety and quality is always maintained.
  • Manage awareness of your team to improve safety and reduce accidents / incidents protecting our workforce from injury.
  • Managing interfaces with other departments, building relationships, promoting a consistent approach, technical advice, and swift resolution of any identified problems.
  • You will be working within a great team which works outdoors in all weathers and deals with different challenges every day, providing a vital service to our client.
  • To embody our company and client values, and promote these values through their own and their teams' behaviours.
