Key Responsibilities


The Marketing Executive role is a junior role that is suited to an individual who is looking to progress their early career in marketing.

The Marketing Executive will support the team in their everyday activities and must be an efficient, self-starter who can multi-task with a positive, proactive and can-do attitude.

It is essential that they are a good communicator and strong administration skills are a must.

Key responsibilities will include and not limited to:

  • Support the marketing team with the planning, implementation, and monitoring of bespoke local marketing strategies across Prime Central London (PCL) and West London offices of which there are 1
  • Researches and recommends local-level marketing opportunities for each office including, but not limited to, local engagement, digital and print advertising, social media and event marketing.
  • Builds positive relationships with their stakeholders
  • Assist in the production and execution of templated local marketing material such as Direct Mail
  • Assist in the production of publications, including proofreading / copy checking, approval of articles, organising and checking spreadsheets, keeping to timelines.
  • Assist in the management and execution of local social media campaigns.
  • Assist in the coordination and running of virtual and inperson local events, sponsorships and activations.
  • Reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyse trends.
  • Assist with day to day queries from local offices.
  • Complete administrative marketing tasks such as gathering information from multiple offices and updating pitch letter templates.
  • Develop a full understanding of our marketing systems; can pull reports and assist offices in using them.
  • Assist in the tracking of local marketing budgets, flagging any overspend where necessary.
  • Processing and logging of invoices, in close liaison with Finance.
  • Being fully involved in the activities of the busy marketing department with a flexible attitude to tasks and projects.


In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out additional duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.

Travel to offices throughout London will be required.

Team Overview


The Marketing Executive - London Residential role sits within the London marketing team who service the residential business in London.

This is a team of five comprised of one Senior Marketing Manager, three Marketing Managers and one other Marketing Executive.

The London marketing team is part of the wider residential marketing team which is approximately 21 people and the wider Savills UK marketing team which is comprised of over 80 people.


The London marketing team work with our network of 42 London offices (sales and lettings), and are responsible for the execution and implementation of national marketing campaign activity within local office markets, as well as the implementation of local office marketing activity to drive awareness and business in the local community.


The team are the key interface between the Savills residential sales and lettings teams in our London regions and the residential marketing team.

They work together to positively influence and support these offices; being responsible for the planning and implementation of bespoke local-level marketing initiatives that aim to drive business growth, drive brand awareness and build brand preference in their local market.

They ensure the cascade of the national marketing strategy into local offices and proactively seek out and develop marketing initiatives which pursue the objectives of the brand in new and interesting ways.


The team are friendly, driven and innovative, and work with multiple stakeholders and across multiple projects at once to champion high quality marketing outputs and drive results for the business.
