Description

RKMS are seeking an experienced person to join our expanding team on a part time basis, with flexible working opportunities with the possibility of a full-time role.

We are an established provider of apprenticeships, vocational qualifications, training, and consultancy.

With a track record of delivery to more than 4000 customers, delivering a diverse range of services from advanced apprenticeships in lean management to fire risk assessments.

We have a suite of services from bespoke consultancy support to eLearning courses.


Attitude and experience are more important to us than qualifications as we can provide a full training package in the use of our systems and support with external professional qualifications.

You will be working as part of a Sales/ Administration team in a busy office environment.


Summary of the role:


You will be responsible for managing incoming enquiries for our services, supporting clients, dealing with daily admin tasks, identifying cross selling opportunities, marketing our services and Project Management.


Specific Responsibilities:


  • Update and maintain CRM systems.
  • Take incoming sales calls / enquires / courtesy calls to existing clients.
  • General administration processing training course paperwork, project processing, Some PA work for the CEO


  • Project management

  • Liaising with our team of fieldbased associates, consultants, trainers
  • Liaising with customers, booking our services, gathering feedback
  • Communicating with other internal departments

Essential skills and experience to excel in this role:

  • Previous B2B experience with good listening skills and ability to find the best business solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting monthly targets & working to tight deadlines.
  • Telephone canvassing
  • Key account management
  • Ability to understand standards and relay in layman's terms to clients.
  • Computer literacy as we use cloud hosted compliance solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication & engagement skills, good presentation, confident & professional on the telephone.
  • Ability to proactively manage own workload and work on own initiative.

Desirable skills:


  • Sales experience
  • Administration experience

Remuneration:

- £26k pa Pro-Rata

  • Companywide Bonus Scheme eligible after 3 months service, paid Quarterly

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 16 per week


Salary:
£26,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Hybrid remote in Blackpool
