We are looking for an ICT Infrastructure Analyst to join our friendly and welcoming team here at Hft This is your chance to make a real difference to people's lives.
What will you be doing?
The role of an ICT Infrastructure Analyst at Hft is fast paced and varied, one day could be enabling a person we support to access technology to contact family members, through to being the technical lead on a project to help ensure the future readinessof the organisation.
The infrastructure team is responsible for the organisations ability to access essential business systems, so competency to perform Incident Management within set standards, including logging Incidents correctly, a thorough investigative process, and providea suitable remedial action are fundamental.
