Overview:

• A Central Stone and Fabric Care Assistant maintains high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms, public and BOH areas of the hotel in relation to stone and fabric care and by enforcing our standards for health, safety and sustainability.
• Ensures that record and maintenance of all areas cleaned and maintained on a daily basis.
• Carries out special cleaning where damage to surfaces is serious and needs special attention and maintains and inspects all floor care machines and equipment.
• As a Central Stone and Fabric Care Assistant you will demonstrate excellent time keeping and completes duties assigned.

About You:

• A Central Stone and Fabric Care Assistant is fully aware of Health and safety procedures.
• Is familiar with chemical usage.
• Has an excellent level of knowledge for manual handling procedures.
• Good command of English language, ability to communicate effectively with guest and fellow colleagues.
• Have effective organisational skills.
• Is confident in advising guests about the hotel's facilities.
• Displays excellent team working skills
