Full time (37 hrs)

Shifts:
between 8:30am (earliest start) to 5:30pm (latest finish) with early finish at 4:30pm on Friday

Salary:
£30,000 per annum

Location:
Trowbridge

What's the role?

This role is all about supporting and managing part of the customer support team, enabling them to offer an excellent standard of customer service.

You'll be working alongside other Senior Customer Support Advisers and the customer support team manager, assisting and developing the team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to always deliver a high level of customer satisfaction to our customers.

It has the following main responsibilities;

Line management of approximately 4 CSA's, including 121's and performance management.
Building and maintaining our scripting tool used by the CSA's to triage and prioritise our incoming calls.
Lead on the training of all new starters within the customer support team.

What we need
For this role you'll need to have the following skills and experience;

Good standard of literacy and numeracy (grade C or above in English and Maths) or equivalent.
Experience in line management and performance management.
Qualification in customer care or a commitment to achieve this.
Excellent telephone manner.
Proven experience of working in a customer service environment.
Good communication skills, verbal, written and face to face.
