Product Advisor

£20,000 - £24,000

11:00 - 19:00 Monday - Friday

Beeline Personnel are working in partnership with a well-established, award winning and fully FCA compliant client. Due to a successful period of growth are looking to invest in a Product Advisor to work in their Shrewsbury office.
As a Product Advisor, you will form the customer facing side of the new business team.

Using the organisation's contact centre system, advisors make contact with potential customers and establish their suitability and eligibility for products from the organisation's portfolio, they then proceed to arrange products where suitable demands and needs have been identified.

All outbound calls are made to customers already benefiting from product(s) therefore NO COLD CALLING is involved.

Fully comprehensive training will be given during the induction period, all KPI's/targets are achievable and realistic.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make contact with potential customers
  • Evaluate suitability for products and make recommendations
  • Set up products for customers in line with their demands and needs
  • Utilise the inhouse technology platform to follow structured processes
  • Act in a compliant manner whilst advising on products
  • Employ the highest ethical standards, focusing on customer outcomes
  • Attend regular review and training sessions
  • Meet KPI requirements
