Teaching Assistant

Smart Teachers are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to support new joiners withing the EYFS.

The role:

Supporting children that will be starting in the school Nursery for the first time
Provide sympathy, display patience, and an overall awareness of the children's potentially highly emotive state
Work alongside other staff in the EYFS to ensure all children gain an equal access to the curriculum
Full time, The position will initially run from the 3rd January 2023 until the 10th February 2023. This may extend beyond this date

The school:

A small and personable Primary school in a desirable part of Tower Hamlets
Easily accessible from Mile End or Bethnal Green tube stations, or the local bus network
The EYFS is free flow in stature between Nursery and Reception
Clever and effective use of space, with a rooftop, secure playing area
