Sterling Recruitment currently have an opportunity for experienced production / assembly operatives to join our clients expending team.
Due to growth within the company and their industry, they are looking to add 4 skilled and experienced production / assembly operatives to work in multiple stations within their site.
Duties Include:
- Assembly and Disassembly of products
- Metal working
- Operating specific zones/process
- Working to meet production targets
- Use of hand and power tools
- Reading technical drawings
- Manual handling
- General house keeping duties

- Strong work ethic
The pay rate of the role is £10.90per hour
This is a temp to perm role with our client for the right operators.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
£10.90 per hour

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Newton Aycliffe, Durham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Assembly: 2 years (preferred)
- Production: 2 years (preferred)
