In this role, you will be required to:

  • To provide comprehensive administrative support to EHS, Facilities and Human Resources as required to meet compliance and site needs

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • The ability to work independently and proactively, prioritising your workload to meet multiple deadlines
  • Experience in managing complex information and recording accurately in databases
  • Ability to work across a variety of areas accurately, maintaining confidentiality in all matters

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Working in a manufacturing environment_, _preferably within knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
  • Understanding of maintenance and facilities systems
  • SAP (or similar) systems
We offer a competitive hourly pay rate for this role, enhanced by shift allowance.

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
