Description
We are looking for someone with great teamwork, communication and leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, who is also reliable and able to work safely and responsibly.
You will also need to be eager to learn at work and college, and ideally have an interest in the construction industry.
No experience is necessary and so an apprenticeship is perfect for those at the start of their working life.The apprenticeship
The apprenticeship covers, but is not limited to the following
- Health & Safety
- Sustainability
- Construction technology
- Construction management
- Planning and organising work
- Monitoring quality
- Monitoring costs
The employer
Our apprentices work on placement with a main contractor in their local area whilst employed throughout by Shared Apprenticeships. We are the employer.
Our apprentices have the additional support of a Early Careers Officer who is committed to seeing each apprentice through to completion and onward progression to full-time employment in the industry and/or a higher apprenticeship.

The future
The study
The training for this apprenticeship is expected to be delivered by a local college or independent training provider.
