Thistle Seafoods are seeking an experienced Production Administrator to join the manufacturing team.

The role will be to support the production management team in creating stock and wastage reports and closing off work orders.


Key Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Excellent attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft excel and ERP systems.
  • Monitoring stock levels and wastage
  • Produce reports to pass to senior managers and other departments
  • Update and monitor the live stock system
  • Close off work orders and support the buying team
  • Ensuring audit trails are maintained to a high standard.
  • Coordinating information from different departments to ensure everyone has a real time picture of product flow.
