We now have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated
Administrative Apprentice to join the team in Leeds, to provide telephone support and administrative duties to the service department to help ensure customer satisfaction.


The position:


  • Permanent, fulltime
  • 40 hours per week
  • To undertake the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 apprenticeship

Main duties:


  • To book customer appointments/jobs on the system.
  • To check and edit completed engineer job sheets, ensuring that all information is correct and up to date.
  • To scan and file engineering paperwork, ensuring that all documents are stored correctly and can be accessed easily.
  • To keep track of relevant service information by updating spreadsheets.
  • To prepare parcels and keep track of receipts.
  • To attend all college sessions and complete assessments as required.
  • To interact with the service team and assist in ensuring the efficient and smooth daytoday operation of the office.
  • Possess Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English (GCSE)
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (preferable)
  • Be driven and willing to learn
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and experience
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess strong organisational abilities
  • Have strong computer literacy skills
  • Be professional, reliable, punctual, and flexible
