We are currently working with a fantastic authority that is looking for an Organisational Change Management Lead

Responsible for organisational readiness, change and transformation related to the Improvement and Recovery plan.

This role will support the OD Strategic Lead with managing all aspects of change associated with the transformation of the organisation to alignwith business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisational structures.

This includes oversight and leadership of all organisational change management project team activities. This person will focus on the people side of change.

The primaryresponsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize stakeholder adoption and usage while minimising resistance.

The Change Management Lead will work with the OD team, PMO and Leadership to insure adoption,utilisation and proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organisation.
