ABOUT THE ROLE


SANZA Teaching Agency are currently recruiting on behalf of a
thriving and
vibrant school in
West London who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work
1:1 with a
girl in Year 5 who has
social, emotional and
mental health needs.

The student displays
challenging behaviour and needs a
strong but
nurturing person to assist her with her day-to-day schooling. We are seeking someone who has a genuine passion for supporting a vulnerable child.

  • Have experience in dealing with challenging behaviour
  • Have a good understanding of social, emotional and mental health needs
  • Be patient
  • Be warm, calm and nurturing
  • Able to enforce routine and boundaries
  • Be kind, intuitive and have a good sense of humour
