About the Role


This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified or experienced Building Control Surveyor to join the Council's Building Control Team.

You will join an efficient and pro-active team of professionals to ensure the continuation of a first class Building Control service

Surrey Heath Borough comprises of a mix of residential, high end residential and commercial developments within 36.5 sq miles.


About You
We are seeking applicants with a good level of literacy and numeracy together with excellent IT skills. You will also need to be committed to delivering a first class customer focused service in a competitive environment and marketing the department and Local Authority Building Control (LABC)

The ability to make clear concise and accurate decisions on the spot and under pressure is essential. You will ideally be a member of the RICS, CABE or CIOB.

A current full UK driving licence and daily access to a car for business purposes are required, for which expenses will be paid.
