Social Media Executive
Manchester (Hybrid - 1/2 days in the office)
We are looking for a Social Media executive to join this fast growing tech company in Manchester.
You will have an influencer mindset when it comes to organic and paid social marketing, along with a data & analytical approach.
If the analytics side of marketingreally does interest you, then this role will be perfect for you.You will be working alongside the Head of Marketing, somebody with 15+ years experience and will act as a great role model for you to advance your career.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies for both paid and organic channels, aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Conduct indepth analysis of social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Create and manage social media content calendars, ensuring content is consistent with brand messaging and aligns with overall marketing objectives.
- Plan and execute paid social campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Manage relationships with influencer partners, creating and executing influencer marketing campaigns that align with the brand's overall social media strategy.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including creative, product, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration of social media activities.
- Stay uptodate on the latest social media trends, features, and algorithms, and incorporate these into the company's social media strategy.
Nice to haves:
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on paid and organic social.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience using social media analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Creative thinker with a passion for social media and an ability to stay on top of the latest trends and technologies.
- Experience with paid social platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus.
