Woodbourne hospital provides a diverse range of inpatient services.

These include acute and psychiatric intensive care services for adults, Child and Adolescent Mental Health services, a specialist adult Eating Disorder service and a private addictions service.

Across seven wards, our multi-disciplinary teams deliver personalised treatment programmes to our patients and have established an excellent reputation for providing the highest standards of care.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Psychologist to work within CAMHS at Woodbourne Priory Hospital.

This is a 14 bedded mixed ward. The Multi

Disciplinary Team (MDT) on site consists of a Psychiatrist, Specialist Doctor, Art Therapist, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Nurses and Health Care Assistants. The post is parttime and will be across two days; (15 hours).

The successful applicant will provide support to the Registered Psychologist for the service by delivering group therapy and individual therapy interventions, writing individual care plans, developing positive behavioural support strategies and involvement in weekly session planning and supporting with scoring from psychometrics.

The post holder will be expected to attend CPA and MDT meetings.
