Description

We are hiring a Demand Generation Specialist to drive the sales pipeline in our UKI market, our biggest single market.


One Click LCA's innovative carbon accounting and reduction SaaS platform is used in over 140 countries and is growing rapidly.

We target construction (where we are the global leader) and manufacturing verticals, responsible for nearly half of global carbon emissions.

We're looking for an experienced marketing professional for our UKI market.

You'll join the regional marketing team, which is responsible for lead pipeline monitoring and optimization across all our strategic regions.

You'll work with our global teams for paid media and core brand assets and have ownership of your region and all regional activities, including events and any local initiatives.


You'll join a supportive, effective and mission-oriented team in a flexible, friendly work environment, and have a great deal of autonomy in your role.

You'll work with a very international team and will also support other English-speaking markets when necessary.


What you'll do:


  • Achieve lead and sales generation targets for the UK and Ireland markets through effective regional marketing strategies.
  • Manage all events and local marketing initiatives across the UKI region.
  • Work closely with the UKI Business Development Team
  • Track and report program performance, ensure that the sales pipeline is on track to meet revenue targets.
  • Stay abreast of local construction sustainability requirements, regulations and trends in order to identify relevant opportunities.

What you need:


  • 3+ years experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Intuitive understanding of the UKI marketing landscape gained from at least 5 years' experience of living and working in the region.
  • Direct experience planning and executing demand generation campaigns against measurable goals.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Excellent business sense and general marketing acumen.
  • Clear, direct, timely and relevant communication style.
  • Good cooperation skills.
  • Understanding of and passion for sustainability, ideally in the construction sector, but willingness and demonstrable ability to get up to speed with the sector is more important than prior experience.
  • Handson attitude and a drive to get things done and to find practical solutions
  • Native level of English
