Key requirements for the role:

Empathy, compassion and patience
Ability to collaborate with our team of experienced teachers and support staff to create a secure, caring, and inclusive learning environment for students with special educational needs
Experience working with children with special needs is highly desirable. This could include previous work experience or volunteering in an SEN setting
Provide students with the necessary guidance and support to reach their full potential and make strides towards achieving their goals
Work together with parents, guardians, and external organisations to ensure that our students receive the best possible outcomes
Keep precise and current records of student progress and development
