• Dealing with daytoday phone calls from service users, families, carer and taking new referrals.
• Provide out of hour oncall support
• Rostering
• Managing the weekly rota by matching the right carers and service users together for the best possible outcomes
• Supporting operations to deliver a good service across our client locations in the community
• Carrying our initial assessment of for new referrals
• Ensure high standard of care is delivered across the board at all times.
• Carry out internal audit and ensure services are in compliance with all CQC regulations.
• Working with the management team to ensure quarterly audit and compliance using appropriate organisation compliance tool.

• Flexible and reliable
• Driver with clean driving licence
• Previous experiences as a supervisor or high within a domiciliary home care services working with vulnerable adults.

• Onsite parking

• Monday to Friday
