What you will be doing...

  • As a
    Customer Experience & Insights Apprentice, you'll be an integral part of our insights team, assisting in the design, setup, collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to uncover valuable insights about our customers. Under the guidance of the Customer Experience Insights Manager and other team members, you'll learn how to conduct research studies, analyse data, and present findings to key stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to gain practical skills, expand your knowledge of market research methodologies, develop skills and expertise in survey software and contribute to meaningful projects that impact our future growth and continued success.

You'll be enrolled on our Level 3 multi-channel marketer apprenticeship which has a duration of 15 months.

Customer Experience & Insights Apprentice, you'll have access to a wide range of benefits including:

What you'll be doing:
  • Assist in the delivery of outputs from our large
  • scale tracking customer satisfaction programmes, including:
  • Compile research findings and key performance metrics into comprehensive reports and presentations, using our customer experience software platform to produce comprehensive dashboards as well as other research tools to foster data-driven decision making and inspiring meaningful change.
  • Design, improve and maintain existing dashboards to ensure a high level of data quality using survey software to visually represent key findings and trends for easy interpretation by stakeholders.
  • Support development of our insight software platform and automation of reports and dashboards for scalable insights.
  • Collaborating with other CX team members, and other departments within marketing / the wider business to generate research hypotheses and utilise survey software to set up and script ad hoc research projects, ensuring efficient data collection and accurate results. This will include harnessing in built statistical and data analysis tools e.g. key drivers.
  • Assist in the design and execution of wider market research studies, including surveys, depth interviews, and focus groups.

What you'll have:
  • You'll have a strong interest in market research, consumer behaviour, and data analysis.
  • You'll have excellent analytical skills to interpret and visualise data effectively.
  • You'll be an enthusiastic learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent) at grade A-C (94)
  • You must have been resident in the UK for 3 years.
