Description

Join my client as the Senior BP/FC covering multiple sites within Cambridgeshire.
Would suit somebody around Peterborough, St Neots, Chatteris, Wisbech or South Lincolnshire.

Key aspects to note:

Leading a fast paced and dynamic business across multiple sites totalling £100m T/O.

- £65k basic rising to £70k plus benefits including bonus and incentives

Substantial car or car allowance
Careermaking role, a stepping stone to Financial Director or similar.
You will be the goto finance expert
Driving financial decisions, partnering with the senior leadership across the business.
Strategic financial planning
Operational efficiency
CAPEX management
Risk assessment and mitigation

You will:

Have worked at this level in manufacturing or FMCG.
Be a confident leader and able to manage your time across sites.
Qualification is not essential. Experience is the key.
