Administrator based in Central London

About Our Client:

You'll be working for a high end retailer based in the Heart of London who design luxury furniture. They are rapidly expanding which provides you the perfect of the opportunity to develop and grow with the business. International company with multiple offices across the world.

Your key responsibilities for the Administrator role in London include:

  • Accurate purchase order entry
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and consistent information and communication;
  • Accurate handling of all service interactions to increase customer satisfaction;
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to investigate and resolves various types of enquiries;
  • Represent the brand appropriately by ensuring all communications are professional, clear, and timely;
  • Other service and administrative duties as required.

Other details: 9:00am - 4:30pm - 4 Days Office 1 day working from Training is provided.

The Successful Applicant:

You will be a successful Administrator

  • Excellent Customer service experience
  • Data Entry experience or administrative experience
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel skills
