We are a well established building company based in Wolverhampton who are looking to recruit an experienced multi-trader to join our expanding team within the social housing reactive & planned maintenance sector.

We cover a wide range of areas across the East & West Midlands and occasionally the North West and South Yorkshire.

The team are friendly and professional, and we take an autonomous approach to our work which is always varied from week to week.

You will be computer literate and familiar with systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

You will be able to identify building defects and provide reports following the completion of jobs and may occasionally need to aid the Contracts Manager with the scoping and pricing of jobs.

As a Multi Skilled Tradesperson you should be able to carry out, but not limited to, the following trades:

• Carpentry work
• Mould remediation
• Wall & floor tiling
• Plumbing of kitchens and bathrooms
• Plastering
• Dry lining walls and ceilings
• Decorating
• Kitchen installations
• Bathroom installations

You will be an experienced construction professional who understands the process of delivering high-end quality finish and the care needed in order to get there.

You will take pride in your work and be a good team player.

Hours

• Monday to Friday

- 7:30am to 5pm (Plus over time available)

Company Van Provided.
