Wignalls Chartered Surveyors is an expanding firm of Chartered Surveyors, Land Agents and Valuers covering the North of England.

We are looking to appoint a Surveyor/land agent to join our rapidly expanding team based in West Lancashire.

Any successful applicants will be either a qualified member of the RICS and preferably A member of the CAAV - or a graduate of an RICS accredited degree looking to move towards obtaining RICS membership.

The roles available range from graduate level to Associate depending on the applicant and experience.

Successful Applicants will be proactive and self-motivated and be required to undertake/assist with tasks such as;
Red Book Valuation reports

Estate management including landlord and tenant negotiations

Residential/Commercial lettings and management

Expertise on the following would also be useful;
Advice on planning, diversification schemes, development and strategic planning

Grant advice and potential funding routes available to clients

Compensation advice and general professional advice such as wayleave negotiations

Agency relating to agricultural, commercial and residential property

A very competitive salary package will be offered with a bonus scheme.

Salary:
£20,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
