You will be acting as the primary point of contact for all new support queries, alongside our expanding, established, experienced Helpdesk Team.

Necessary training for the role will be provided.


You will:

  • Support users in the use of donorflex by providing necessary advice and highlighting training needs.
  • Respond to enquiries from users and help them resolve product related problems.
  • Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues
  • Log all communications in our internal systems.
  • Escalate more complex calls to the relevant Helpdesk Support member.
  • Advise the user to contact their internal or external technical support where problems are deemed to be outside the scope of donorflex product support.
  • Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries.
  • Always maintain confidentiality.
  • Adhere to best practice and follow Data Protection and GDPR.

Person specification:

  • Previous Customer Support role experience is advantageous.
  • Confident with MS Office packages.
  • Excellent communication skills & professional approach
  • Excellent problem analysis / problem solving skills
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Wellorganised and selfmotivated
