HR Advisor

Surbiton - Remote or Hybrid working option

£35,000 - £40,000, dependant on experience plus great benefits package

Required: 9am to 5pm

Overview:

An exciting opportunity to join an innovative, ambitious, non-profit social enterprise who work alongside governing bodies.

You'll have the opportunity to get involved with a number of very exciting and interesting projects with global experts within thefield.

You will work alongside the Director and Founders of the organisation solely responsible for the whole HR function including recruitment, onboarding, managing employee performance and disciplinary issues.

You will have a high level of professionalism and be a real people person within a growing organisation. You will be required to attend Head Office for monthly meetings.

To be successful in this role you'll have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience within a similar role or equivalent
  • CIPD HR qualification
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and selfmotivated
