TPF Recruitment is working with an established, multi sited chartered Accountancy practice with an outstanding reputation, to hire a Private Client Tax Manager, or Senior Manager for their office in Redhill.

This role will comprise both compliance and advisory and awareness of tax issues affecting HNWI's, and UHNWI's.

The primary role will be to deliver tax planning and advisory services in relation to private clients (these could possibly include: Non Dom & International clients, Family office, Offshore, Inheritance Tax, Trusts and Estate planning).

The objective is forthe team to deliver a full consultative, compliance and planning service to individuals and their families.

  • Reporting directly to the Partners, you will be responsible for the compliance and advisory requirements of many Private Client Individuals.
  • You will be providing general tax planning to the Firm's clients along with tax advisory projects with the Directors and Partners.
  • Managing a compliance portfolio of mainly personal and some partnership tax returns to include monitoring of billing and work in progress, you'll also meet and liaise with clients and potential clients to discuss their tax affairs.
  • You'll assist in the review of tax returns prepared by more junior members of staff.
  • You'll be involved in tax planning issues, and you'll have the autonomy to liaise proactively with clients on advisory matters.
  • You'll also have the opportunity to attend networking events, to promote the firm, should you wish.

Requirements:


  • ACA/CTA qualified.
  • High level of technical advisory expertise.
  • Self starter capable of motivating, driving and developing the team.
  • Able to demonstrate relevant practical experience in Private Client tax planning.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels including excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with clients in person and report writing, with the ability to explain and simplify highly technical point for clients to understand.
  • Ability to provide excellent client care.
  • Strong relationship building, networking and business development skills.

Benefits:

- £55,000 - £75,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
