Sales Executive


Reporting to:
Sales Director

Westacres is an award-winning residential property development company specialising in providing luxury homes in Wales' most sought after locations.

Westacres is currently expanding its Sales Team to support our growing portfolio of development sites.


As a Sales Executive your role will involve:

  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times
  • Overseeing sales and effectively progressing reservations through to exchange of contracts and legal completion
  • Developing a strong relationship with purchasers to ensure our customer journey meets our exacting standards

Skills and aptitude required for the role:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong administration and communication skills
  • Proactive, flexible and able to work both independently and within a team
  • Conscientious and trustworthy.
