Protocol are working closely with an Adult Education Establishment based in Birmingham in their search for an experienced Employability Tutor to deliver to adult learners on a 12 week Employability course.

The role;

Is offering hours Monday to Friday 9.30am - 3pm and will run on a temporary basis for the duration of the 12 week course.

You will be working with adult learners in a community setting and delivering employability courses and the Work skills Entry level 3 qualifications.

The courses usually run for 2 weeks where the learners gain 2 accredited qualifications.

This is then followed by covering softer skills such as working in a team, interview techniques, creating a CV etc and the delivery of Work skills modules which last between 7-10 weeks.
