Job Description:

To develop, deliver apprenticeship curriculum content using a blended methodology.

Conduct effective training delivery (remote and centre based) to enable the development of apprentice knowledge, skills and behaviours to prepare the apprentice for timely success in completion of the apprenticeship End Point Assessment (EPA).

Conduct End Point Assessments (EPA), online examinations and centre devised assessments. Document and track progress accurately, including setting and evaluating apprentice action plans. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to contribute positively to the overall business objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities;

  • Development and delivery of apprenticeship curriculum and content using blended methodologies to meet the requirements of various specialist areas. As well as development and delivery of employer engagement support material.
  • Establish and maintain effective and motivational relationships with all stakeholders and share knowledge and develop best practice.
  • Facilitate / conduct the delivery of Bosch gateway assessments and End Point Assessments.
  • Evaluate your own personal effectiveness against programme KPI's such as observations of teaching and learning grading and apprentice assessment success rates
  • Plan and conduct remote and training centre delivery sessions in line with delivery calendar, including all preparatory activity and resource management

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements;

  • Possess the relevant experience and qualifications in associated vocational areas
  • Functional Skills Level 2 standard of education in English and Mathematics.
  • Ability to use multimedia technologies to effectively deliver a blended learning curriculum
  • Ability to research and extract latest vehicle technologies to differentiate between essential and supplementary knowledge required for apprenticeship delivery
  • Training and Assessor qualifications (or willing to work towards / develop their knowledge and skills).
