SEN Teaching Assistant - Manchester

Type:

A successful SEN Teaching Assistant is required, with previous experience in supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs.

Essential attributes include strong communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing an ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.

The role demands resilience, patience, and a compassionate approach when supporting vulnerable learners.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Provide small group and 1:1 support to children in class alongside class teachers.

  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to develop effective strategies and interventions.
