The Role
We are currently looking for a Warehouse Team Leader within our Birmingham Distribution Centre.


You will act as a link between the supervisors and warehouse staff providing immediate hands on leadership and supervision ensuring maximum effort and attention to detail in a safe and tidy environment.


Your main responsibilities will include coordinating, prioritising and delegating warehouse activities in order to ensure that depot service level requirements are met at all time, effective management and control of productivity within the warehouse team, to ensure the achievement of contractual and internal KPI's are met and control all aspects of staff operations within the depot to ensure all duties are carried out as required and encourage high standards of work from each employee.

The hours of work are 40 per week:
Monday to Friday 7am-3pm, Sunday (Alternate) 7am-12pm
