Industrious Recruitment are currently looking for a HR Officer to work for the Cheshire & Wirral Partnership based at Redesmere, Chester.

This is a Hybrid, full time role, however part time would be considered. Temporary role, lasting approx 2 months.

Responsible for the provision of the highest quality generalist HR support and advice to the trust's line managers.

Actively contributes to ensuring the effectiveness of trust wide workforce & HR policies and the trust's Operations HR Service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assists the Business Support Officer in ensuring all individual employee HR casework activity is being progressed expeditiously and in accordance with established trust timescales.

Works closely with the Business Support Officer in ensuring that support time is being dedicated only to those matters covered by the HR charter

Takes the 'lead expert' role in one aspect of the professional HR work of the workforce function and develops that expertise over time
