PermanentOur client is currently looking for a Wood Machinist to join their growing team.

They are a well known and respected company, with a rich heritage.

They offer high quality products to their customers, and are looking for an experienced Wood Machinist to come in on a full time, permanent basis.

Duties:

Cutting timber to different lengths

- producing moldings, to fit customer specifications
- working from drawings

Keeping a clean and tidy work space
Adhering to health and Safety

Required:

Must hold City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in wood machinery
Experience in a workshop environmentt
Experience working as a wood machinist

The Salary for the role is £26,446

The working week is 38.5 hours on either a day or a back shift
Backshift has an additional shift allowance, as does nightshift.
Overtime available and paid at a premium rate.

Our client offers additional benefits including, 30 days holiday entitlement and Pension contribution.
