Senior Ecommerce Coordinator

Leeds, hybrid-working

£28k-£35k + Bonus + Great Benefits


Our client is a market leading ecommerce business and due to continue growth they are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Ecommerce Coordinator to lead the planning and delivery of best-in-class web merchandising and ecommerce experience to customers.

A key focus of their digital strategy is to drive customer acquisition, retention and brand awareness. The role will lead the delivery of on-site content and merchandising of products and promotions throughout their consumer websites.


Responsibilities

  • Working with the commercial teams to ensure all product ranges are available to our customer, with the right product descriptions, images and copy to promote the product and drive addtobasket
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey throughout our sites i.e. content, UX/UI, features
  • Define the crosssell opportunities in and across the health and wellness categories.
  • Timely execution of the activity plan, including onsite campaigns, product or delivery promotions, product launches, seasonal activity
  • Manage and publish content updates (banners, images, copy, videos) to support promotions, events or campaigns
  • Execute conversion / tests activity to drive improvement in key conversion metrics
  • Assist with the testing of new features or website improvements to ensure changes are correct and users will experience no issues.
  • Review analytics platforms to provide insight and understanding into trading results.
  • Optimise landing pages, product lister pages, onsite search and crosssell maximum conversion rate from all key touchpoints in the customer journey
  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure all offers and products are accurate and performing

Requirements:


  • Ecommerce/Digital merchandising expertise in a B2C or D2C environment
  • Results driven and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Analytical tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite
  • Experience of E-Commerce platforms & content management systems.
