We are currently looking for a QA Team Leader to join a GMP Pharmaceutical business based in the Hertfordshire region.

As the QA Team Leader you will be responsible for the management of QA Officers as well as the following:


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the QA Team Leader will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Act as the Quality Management System Specialist, acting as the site QMS champion, developing and making improvements through root cause analysis and risk management.
  • Day to day management of operational QA functions, ensuring the entire product lifecycle and batch review processes meet the required compliance requirements.
  • Responsible for the management of the audit program, including internal and external audits. Acting as Audit lead for hosting external supplier audits, liaising regularly with the MHRA.
  • Support the development of the QA team, working closely with the Head of Quality, to identify development opportunities across the team.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experienced managing or guiding Quality Teams, either in a Management or Senior Quality position.
  • Proven industry experience within a GMP environment.
  • A working knowledge and practical experience of a pharmaceutical QMS, including management and improvements.
