Project Support Analyst

Salary:
Up to£23,000

Are you looking to take the first step in your IT/Project Management career?

This role is suitable for someone who is looking to pursue a long term career in IT projects as a full training package will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Building IT comms equipment, such as enterprise class routers, switches, access points, and phones, according to a build schedule provided by the Projects Management Team.
Testing and signing off on configured IT comms equipment.
Providing telephone support for onsite contractors during projectrelated site works.
Preparing IT systems for upcoming kit build activities and updating project worksheets once work is completed.
Assisting team members and managers with administrative duties as required.
Occasional responsibilities include preparing comms equipment for shipping to customer sites, assisting with the organization of the Projects work area, and assisting the admin team with receiving stock deliveries.

Required Skills:

Good timekeeping and reliability
Ability to work under pressure
Wellorganised and selfsufficient
Ability to prioritize workload and work both independently and in a team
A full UK driving license and own car (the role is primarily officebased)
Reasonable knowledge of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel
High levels of accuracy, numeracy, and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work to company standards
GCSE or A level equivalent in Computer science would be an advantage
A real interest and passion for IT
