Learning Support Assistant (LSA)


Location:
Caerphilly, Wales


Days of Work: 5 days per week

Contract Duration:
Until the end of the academic year


Are you passionate about education and making a positive impact on young minds? Tradewind Recruitment is thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a well-regarded school in Caerphilly.

This is a full-time position, providing invaluable support in a Key Stage 1 (KS1) class.


Role Overview:


As an LSA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the class teacher with 1-2-1 assistance, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Your responsibilities will include providing support to students both in the classroom and in small groups. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the academic and personal development of young learners.


Key Requirements:

Fluent Welsh speaker with excellent written and oral ability.
Experience working with children in an educational setting.
Ability to engage and motivate students, fostering a positive learning environment.
Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Daily Rate:

£92.50 per day
